Planning Portal provides planning and building regulations information and the national planning application service, for England and Wales. ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº is pleased to work with Planning Portal to deliver new applications to customers over 3 weeks before they appear on Local Authority sites.

The ONS is the UK’s largest independent producer of official statistics and its recognised national statistical institute. ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº is now a member of their Construction Statistics Steering Group and is providing industry knowledge and expertise to improve and develop industry statistics.

Following a competitive tender process, ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº has been appointed to supply construction planning data to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (formerly the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government), the Cabinet Office and Homes England. ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº data is used to help inform Government policy and monitor trends in housing supply and the planning system.

¹û¶³Ó°Ôº works in partnership with the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy to deliver the Construction Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – an annual survey of completed construction projects.

¹û¶³Ó°Ôº has a long-term strategic Partnership with the Building Research Establishment to share accreditation data on its BREEAM standard. BREEAM code type, stage, Rating and actual points score is all published on projects along with the date of report and the assessors details. This allows ¹û¶³Ó°Ôº clients to identify projects placing a focus on sustainability and pinpoint opportunities for environmentally-friendly products.

For several years, BRE SMARTSite have contributed to ¹û¶³Ó°Ôºâ€™s annual UK Industry Performance Report, providing statistical analysis on environmental KPIs within construction. Through their SMARTWaste and YellowJacket products, they offer environmental and health & safety monitoring software, enabling companies to save time, money, the environment and lives.

The Construction Industry Training Board is a partner in the Sector Skills Council for the construction industry, working with industry, for industry, to deliver a safe, professional and fully qualified UK construction workforce.
