Aecom acquires URS for 拢2.3bn

Aecom has announced it will buy engineering consultancy URS Corporation for US$4bn (拢2.3bn).

ISG takes controlling stake in Spanish firms

ISG has acquired a 50.1 per cent stake in Interior ISG Espana, a newly formed company with subsidiaries specialising in fit-out and date centre and engineering services.

Balfour Beatty JV lands 拢300m Hong Kong deals

Balfour Beatty鈥檚 Hong Kong based joint venture Gammon Construction has won two building contracts worth around 拢300m.

The 50/50 joint venture with Jardine Matheson, has been awarded a HK$2.82 billion (拢212m) contract by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for a public rental housing development in Tuen Mun in the New Territories.
