Parsons Brinckerhoff sale to WSP fetches Balfour Beatty 拢753m after cash transfer

Balfour Beatty has confirmed the sale of Parsons Brinckerhoff to WSP Global for 拢820m.

The sale price is significantly higher than analysts had tipped, after it was initially predicted to fetch between 拢600m and 拢700m.
