Shepherd Construction Ltd has been awarded a contract by J Sainsbury Plc and Muse Developments for the construction of a 5,662 sqm supermarket at Central Business District, Talbot Road in Blackpool. Works for the 拢20 million scheme are due to start on site in January 2013. The scheme was designed by Leach Rhodes Walker Architects.
