Leadbitter Construction has been awarded the design and build contract for the construction of the Kensington Academy and Leisure Centre on the Lancaster West Estate in London. The 拢40 million scheme has been designed by Studio E Architects Ltd and a planning application will be submitted May 2012, with works due to start on site in October.
