Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd are in final negotiations with Tesco Stores Ltd for the main contract for their scheme at the former Hurrans Garden Centre site in Cheltenham Road East, Gloucester. This scheme comprises of the construction of a 2,231sqm supermarket with 107 car parking spaces.
It is anticipated that work will start on site early Summer 2012, with the store opening in November 2012. Inspire Design Ltd are the architects who designed this 拢5 million scheme.
