NE Procurement has awarded 25 contractors to provide the external works on their residential properties. Works on this framework will predominantly be required in the North East of England and North Yorkshire. The contract will include planned maintenance and investment programmes, and other activities such as voids, responsive and one-off repairs and maintenance, new build and potentially disabled adaptations, where applicable. The four year non-binding framework agreement costing 拢170 million is anticipated to commence during Summer 2013.
