Lovell, Wates and Grantham have been awarded the new build residential developments within North Lanarkshire under a framework agreement for North Lanarkshire Council. Between 250 and 350 social houses will be constructed on various sites under the 拢38.5 million contract which commenced on the 5th March 2013. Work is scheduled for completion in 2017.
