A framework agreement for a Construction (Design & Management) Coordinator has commenced. Dumfries & Galloway Council have awarded the framework to Kirk & Marsh Ltd, Scott Bennett Associates, McGowan Miller Partnership, Summers Inman, Pick Everard, Turner & Townsend and Sweet Group. The Framework agreement is for 48 months.
