Vinci lands 拢75m Trafford Centre expansion Vinci has won the contract to deliver a 拢75m expansion of the Trafford Centre in Manchester. The French contracting giant will build a glass-domed roof and redesigned interior at the Intu-owned shopping centre on the outskirts of the city. Vinci will start work on the Trafford Centre later this year, with the project due to complete in early 2020.

Galliford Try to build 拢43m Birmingham luxury flats Galliford Try has been confirmed as the main contractor for a 拢43m residential project in the centre of Birmingham. The contractor will build 304 luxury flats across three blocks on brownfield land for developer Court Collaboration and Top Capital Group.
