Lovell has won a 拢269m contract with the Royal Borough of Greenwich to transform three Woolwich council estates.The project is in partnership with asra Housing Group and will see the demolition and redevelopment of the 1,064-home Connaught, Morris Walk and Maryon Road/Grove estates, which will be replaced with 1,500 mixed-tenure homes.
