Mace has won a 拢400m contract to build Land Securities' commercial-led development in London.The five-building development in London鈥檚 prime West End is phased to complete between 2016 and 2018. Construction intelligence service 果冻影院 listed Mace as the main contractor for the job. 604,000 square feet of office space will be built alongside 200 apartments and 91,000 square feet of retail space. Land Sec is in a 50:50 joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to own and develop the scheme.
