Revised outline plans have been submitted for the mixed use redevelopment of former DERA Site, Longcross, restarting the scheme which has been on hold since previous planning application was granted in 2008. The developers, Crest Nicholson and Aviva Investors, are proposing to demolish all the buildings on site and build up to 200 residential units with offices and leisure spaces, shops, caf茅s and restaurants, childcare and a primary education facility with equipped play areas, health and leisure facilities with parking, landscape and access roads. Scott Brownrigg are the architects working on the designs.
