A detailed planning application has been submitted for a 拢20 million scheme at the Central Retail Park in Manchester for client Henderson UK Retail Warehouse Fund. Designed by Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson, the scheme will include demolition and the construction of a new supermarket of 4,645 sqm, cinema and 7 retail units at upper ground floor level with undercroft parking beneath. The scheme will also refurbish and upgrade the four existing retail units to the west of the site.
