Further detailed plans have been submitted for a scheme by Manhattan Corporation Ltd at the car park site on the corner of Market Hill and Fish Hill in Royston. The previous plans submitted had been refused in January 2012.

This scheme comprises of the construction of a mixed use development to provide a convenience store on the ground floor and four two bedroom flats above. Hertfordshire Architects Ltd are the architect who designed this 拢650,000 scheme.
