Crossrail chief engineer Chris Dulake has moved to High Speed 2, completing the project鈥檚 new construction executive team.

Mr Dulake will join HS2 later this month as engineering director for phase one infrastructure after seven years with Crossrail.

Pocket Living plans 24-storey first-time buyer tower

Ambitous affordable housing specialist Pocket Living has submitted plans for a 24-storey residential tower in south London.

The Mapleton Crescent scheme in Wandsworth town centre is the largest to date for Pocket Homes, which sells its homes at a 20% discount off local prices to local first-time buyers earning less than 拢71,000.
