Outline plans have been submitted for a scheme by Walker Developments (SW) Ltd at the Hayle Rugby Club site in Marsh Lane, Hayle in Cornwall. This scheme comprises of the construction of 12 retail units totaling 15,539 sqm with 596 car parking spaces. Mitchell Architects are the architects who designed this 拢13.3 million scheme.

Plans approved for Waitrose

Detailed plans have been approved at committee for a scheme by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Rockspring Property Investment Managers Ltd at the former Halfords & former MFI site in Botley Road, Oxford. This scheme comprises of the demolition of the retail store and redevelopment of the site with the construction of a new Waitrose store of 3,335sqm with 148 car parking spaces.
