Interserve awarded hotel contract
Interserve Construction have been appointed to build a 125 bedroom upscale hotel at Baxters Place, Edinburgh. The proposal is located next to the Playhouse Theatre and will be a four star hotel complete with public bar and restaurant.
New hotel planned
The EDI Group have announced plans to build a 7 storey four star hotel at Market Street in Edinburgh. A planning application has yet to be submitted.
New Asda complete in Caldicot
Work on site is now complete for a scheme by Asda Stores Ltd at Chepstow Road and Woodstock Way in Caldicot. ISG Plc completed this scheme on 3rd October 2014. The scheme comprises of the construction and fit-out of a supermarket of 2,945 sqm with 212 car parking spaces. WCEC Architects are the architects who designed this 拢5 million scheme.
