Works near completion on Morrisons supermarket

Works are now due to complete mid February 2015 for a scheme by Morbaine Ltd and Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc at the former Somerfield store in Durham Road at Birtley, Chester-Le-Street. This scheme comprises of the construction of a Morrison驴s supermarket of 4,480sqm along with four 2-storey retail units and 291 car parking spaces. Gordon White & Hood are the architects who designed this 拢10 million scheme.

Plans submitted for Aldi store

Detailed plans have been submitted for a scheme by Aldi Stores Ltd at 48 to 52 Dunbar Road in North Berwick. This scheme comprises of alterations and an extension of 531sqm to the building to form a new supermarket of 1,665sqm. Projekt Architects Ltd are the architects who designed this 拢1.7 million scheme.
