The developer plans to transform the 2.4 ha Quarry Hill site into a 拢300m cultural hub centred around the Leeds College of Music, City College, and the West Yorkshire Playhouse. The project, which has been named SOYO, will include two 16-storey residential towers, housing private rented apartments, which will be delivered by the group鈥檚 PRS arm Moda Living. Race starts for 拢50m Nottingham bus station revamp Nottingham City Council has begun its search for a contractor to build a new 拢50m bus station and multi-storey car park in the city centre. The council plans to build a multi-storey car park with space for 1,150 cars and a new bus station on the site of the former Broadmarsh car park.
