果冻影院 will be monitoring how the industry copes with this pressure during 2016. In the coming few weeks we will be producing Build UK鈥檚 inaugural State of Trade survey, revealing how both Tier 1 and specialist contractors are faring in their hunt for each of 28 trades.

Further ahead this autumn, the 2016 UK Construction KPIs will reveal a more detailed picture on how the increased demand is changing the faces of the industry. 2015鈥檚 research showed a marked pick up in staff turnover and hiring. However the construction workforce was whiter and more male than a year earlier; both trends we hope will be reversed this year.
