Tenders have now been extended until 11th January 2013 for a 拢450 million repair and maintenance contract for London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. The Council is seeking to appoint innovative private sector provider to invest in, develop and provide a range of housing repair and maintenance services for its residential properties through a strategic partnering arrangement (the "Housing Repairs and Maintenance"). The contract is proposed to commence in 2013 for an initial 10 year term, with an option to extend, at the Council's discretion, for a single period of a further 5 years.
