Shortlisted developers have been invited to tender for a 2.7 hectare part of Cambridge City Council's Clay Farm site at Long Road, Cambridge. Sharpe Pritchard have been instructed to run procurement process for the scheme which is anticipated to provide a maximum of 209 residential dwellings, together with some commercial and retail space with value ranging from 拢30 to 拢40 million. Tenders are due to be returned by the 8th March with anticipated award mid-2013. Successful developer will be required to obtain a planning permission and work on site is expected to commence in 2014.
