Tenders have now been returned for the Council's 拢13.95 million term contract for repairs and maintenance to domestic properties within the City of Edinburgh. The 4-year scheme will include Asbestos Removal, Jetting and Drainage, Roofing and Associated Trades, Windows and Doors, Painting and Decorating, Floor Coverings, Preservation Works, General Building Works, Plumbing Works, Plastering, Scaffolding, Electrical Repair and Installation. Works issued under this contract may be planned, reactive or emergency works. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in summer 2013.
