Work will complete on site imminently, at the end of August 2013, on a scheme by Aviva Pooled Pensions Ltd at the Hermiston Retail Park in Consett. This scheme comprised of the redevelopment of the retail park to provide a replacement supermarket for Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc with a petrol filling station, non-food retail units and a relocation fast food unit for KFC. Work on the supermarket completed some time ago. 3D Reid Ltd are the architects who designed this 拢10 million scheme.
